Q: Where will we meet the Bus?
A: Pick-ups on Thursday, September 17th:

4:00am: Goshen Maple City Chapel 2015 Lincolnway East, Goshen, IN 46526

4:30am: Shipshewana Blue Gate Restaurant 195 N Van Buren St, Shipshewana, IN 46565 *Please park your vehicles behind the Farmers State Bank

6:00am: Ft Wayne Meijer 10301 Maysville Rd, Fort Wayne, IN 46835 *At exit 25 (SR-37) off of 469

Q: Where are we staying?
A: Courtyard by Marriott (by the airport) 819 Phillips Lane, Louisville, KY

Q: Who will be performing? Do you have a schedule?
A: Included in the Package are all the Evening Showcases while we are there plus the Thursday afternoon Comedy Showcase and a Riverboat Cruise Concert that includes a meal. The full list of who is performing is available on the NQC Website.

Q: What about Breakfast?
A:The morning you board the bus you will be responsible for your breakfast. Once we are at the NQC a full hot breakfast will be provided every morning at the hotel.

Q: Can I have someone help with my bags?
A:At all loadings and unloadings there will be assistance with luggage, and the hotel will see that your belongings are waiting in the room when you arrive.

Q: When do we arrive at the NQC? How long on the Bus?
A:We will arrive at the hotel to check-in and get freshened up around 11:00 - 11:30am on Thursday. The Length of the bus ride will depend on which location you board. We will have scheduled stops to stretch your legs and visit the washrooms.

Q: When will we return?
A: We will leave for home Sunday morning at 6:00am and arrive back between 1pm-2pm depending on which location you boarded and traffic.

Q: How much is the trip?
A: The price is only $699 per person with double occupancy (sharing a hotel room), and $999 for single occupancy (private room). We do not allow more than two people in a hotel room.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: The packages are non-refundable but are fully transferable to another person upon written request.

Q: Why should we take the tour?
A: All the Southern Gospel music you can handle at your disposal. We take care of all the details, and fight the traffic for you. All you have to do is enjoy listening to some great music, being pampered and meeting new friends.
